Unused hours, activities or deliverables do not automatically carry forward unless this has been agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Where no specific notice period is stated, reasonable written notice should be provided.

The client is responsible for approving the advertising budget.

Advertising spend may be billed directly by the advertising platform or handled according to another agreed payment arrangement.

Advertising budgets may fluctuate slightly due to platform billing practices, daily budget averaging, currency conversion or platform optimisation systems.

Trinity Web Solutions is not responsible for advertising charges incurred as a result of platform billing behaviour where campaigns have been operated according to the agreed budget settings.
